Dr Porcaro was so kind to fit me in when I awoke with a terrible toothache. We took xrays and she took the time to explain options I had with my situation. Despite my many questions, I didn’t feel rushed. Her team provided great backup also and is on the spot! Great job Grateful Dental!!!

I would leave five stars based on my past experiences at this facility, however, my most recent visit was a bit disappointing. The dental assistant didn't bother explaining anything to me about what she found or recommended in terms of care/treatment. The only explanation I received was that I needed a deep clean and that she needed to leave for a hair appointment. So unexpectedly, I received no cleaning today. I'm certain that the hair appointment had no correlation to me not receiving the deep cleaning immediately, however, with no other in-depth explanation of treatment, recommendation, or what the deep cleaning entailed, it did leave me feeling as if I was rushed in and out. I essentially had to get an in-depth breakdown of what was needed and what it entailed from the front desk assistant, where I found out things that the assistant never mentioned to me. I would like to say that the front desk clerk was very kind and professional, but she's not a medical professional who can answer in-depth questions and give procedural recommendations. Excellent experience! The staff was kind, professional, and thorough. My X-rays and cleaning were completely painless, and my teeth feel incredibly fresh and clean. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase additional treatments. I asked about whitening, and the doctor gave me honest recommendations without trying to upsell me. Thank you for taking such great care of my smile!

I found this dentist because it was definitely meant to be. I was handling some business that lead me to Grateful Dental office and I must say I was treated like royalty from start to finish. First I was greated by Krystl, very nice and friendly. Second I was treated by Theresa and she was amazing and patient. 👏🏾 🤩. Next Dr. Leia Porcaro treated me and made me feel very special. She did not try to sell me nothing I did not need. Loved that. Finally Milla and Michelle were great as well.I love the whole staff. I definitely found my new dentist. If you are in need of a dentist stop by. You will be treated like ROYALTY 👑.

I had a phenomenal experience at this dentist office! The entire staff was welcoming, supportive, and down-to-earth, which made the visit so comfortable. Miss Theresa is by far the best hygienist I’ve ever had in my 34 years—thorough, gentle, and truly caring. I’m so grateful to have found such an amazing local dentist office, and this will definitely be the place I go to from now on.
